Take your car somewhere else. When you walk in you are greeted with parts all over the counter and the sitting area could use a good cleaning. The customer service is nonexistent and lack of professionalism from the couple of people I seen working that day. I went in for an oil change and they didn't do what was offered as part of the service that is advertised on the website. Was never offered the hazard package which I would have bought.
I would give no stars if it was an option. 😡🤬 went in for a tire rotation 2 months ago they said 2 of my tires were bald an my front brakes were low. I agreed to 4 new good year tires and the front brakes. took them 8 hours to put new tires an brakes an I was the only one there. when it was finally done I was informed they didn't have the good year tires I had chosen so he got coopers instead. didn't even bother to ask if that was OK. broke my tire sensor an I had nice tire caps but 2 couldn't be found anywhere he said he ... read more
Great service, especially as a woman going alone to get work done. They were very nice, respectful and direct about everything, I appreciated it. Will go again for future needs!
I needed 4 new tires and an alignment asap and Mr. Quinones was incredibly helpful and patient! Honest and professional. They were done in an hour!!! :-)
