Horrible staff! Monro Muffler and Brake on Main Street and Hertel Ave has horrible staff. The sales/service staff is rude and unfriendly. They are not eager to do your business. The prices was outrageous. I went in to inquire about a air conditioning fix for my car and was quoted a preposterous amount. I said thank you and left right away. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Three days and expensive I used to love and trust my local (Meadville, PA) Monro Muffler, but not anymore. The new ownership/leadership no longer provides reliable and reasonable service. They had my car for THREE days, charged me $400 and still did not fix the problem. When I stopped back in to have it checked again, they told me "drive it for the weekend, and if the problem is still there, call us to set up an appointment." good service We usually go here for our oil changes, they are really pretty good about not making you wait too long even if you don't have an appointment and just walk in.
Not Honest Went to have the tranny flush done they knocked off the speed control sensor had to pay another shop to plug back in. Transmission fluid still milky and they pretty much tell me that they didn't say that they Transmission Flush would clean everything out..So now out 130 bucks and no farther than was b4
ok This is an ok place if you need a quick last minute repair they usually have openings and can get you in quickly. The associates there are neither friendly nor unfreindly they are more like monotone. The building and its overall appearance is unimpressive. As far as the parking goes they have a large lot, that is rarely filled. I guess I would/ or wouldn't recommend them because they wouldn't be the first break shop that comes to mind.
For the price you can't beat them We use this repair shop for service that doesn't require car maker parts. They are always very friendly and get the job done when they say they will. And they have Saturday service hours which most dealer service shops don't. We have used them for brake work, muffler work, tires, and oil changes and have been very satisified with both the price and their work.
Easy oil change Quick, efficient, and nice guys. The price is just as good as anywhere else and that's all you need when getting your oil changed. Convenient location.
Great place for great, fast service!! I've been to Monro a few times in the past year, and each time I've been thrilled with the service and prices (I never felt like I was overpaying). Justin the manager has always been super helpful and willing to look at our cars on short notice (they work on a lot more than mufflers and tires). I've passed by this place for years- I didn't realize what I was missing! Great work guys, thanks!
