Jim is gone again. Went to Minieke in York. I just had my oil changed and the price went up 15 dollars since the last time. That is with a $15 off coupon. Guess I will have to check prices next time.

Terrible place to go.. broke a very cheap part on my car and refused to fix it.. refused to take a report.. refused to give me a number to talk to someone about this.... It was a devastating experience for me.. I dont understand how they could do this and not be held responsible.. PLEASE take pictures before any work is done!!

Darryl Isaac, Service Manager, at Monro Muffler & Brake just saved me well over $1,000.00 for repairs to my two Kia Optimas. On Wednesday, November 24, 2021 I visited Monro Muffler Brake and Service on Amity Road in Woodbridge and reported that both vehicles developed a clicking sound when turning the steering wheel. On November 25, 2021 I visited Monro Muffler and Brake Service for two oil changes for my 2012 Kia Optimas. I met the Service Manager, Darryl Isaac. In addition to the two scheduled appointments, I reported to Mr. Isaac a noise coming from the steering wheel of the each vehicle. Since each car has only 25,000 miles, I was concerned for the safety of my family. Don't take your car here! I will not be going back. They are a rip off and do not listen to or care about the customer. I have been going to them for over 10 years. Since the new management things have changed. I had an oil change and told them to use Synthetic Blend 5w-20w. They did the oil change using the most expensive Full Synthetic High Mileage 0w-20w. I will never take my vehicle back to this place for any repairs. They overcharge you. I was overcharged for brakes. I’d been told I needed work when I didn’t.

I went here to get my tire changed. I had a fairly new tire in my trunk, but it was in great condition, so all I needed was for them to change it. I checked the tire right before going to make sure it was good. After about 10 minutes of them 'changing my tire' one of the mechanics calls me back and tells me the tire is not good. He points out a huge slash in my tire, stating that I need a new one.
