Went in for an oil change. During my tire rotation they messed up my alignment so bad that if I let go of my wheel it pulled me into the other lane, and they lost one of my luggage nuts (which they're not responsible for). Then the manager tells me I need new back breaks and it'll be $3-400. I just had my breaks looked while I was having my alignment fixed by someone else and there is nothing wrong with them!! I will never ever go back.
