Exceptional, prompt and courteous service and I recommend using them.
Scammers. Needed an oil change before heading on a road trip. Called and was quoted 49.00. When the car was up on the hoist, we noticed they were removing our tires! We told them we don’t need that and they said it was included. We just had a new tire replaced and all tires balanced 2 weeks ago. When we got the bill , we were charged an extra 45.00 for the tire rotation we didn’t not want or receive. The bill was over 100.00! Do not go there, they are scammers.
I’ve had service done there in the past, and never had a complaint about the facility. Nothing has changed on this last service, I will continue using Monro for future service on my car.I would recommend this service center to anyone who needs their car serviced.
The staff was great and service was done in timely manner. I got a diag done at Subaru for the car two days later and they mentioned the car needed a wheel alignment when it was just done by Monroe.
