I have been doing my auto services at Monro for three years now and was happy under the previous manger. The new manager Robert is not customer friendly. He made feel as though I was asking a favor rather than a paying customer. At my appointment he told me he is not removing my tires so I did not get a tire rotation. I will no longer be a customer .
RecommendedDriving home from NJ to Boston my back brakes were making a weird noise and no place was open. Was worried we make not make the 3hrs back to Boston and was desperate to have someone take a look. I called and they said they would be willing to take a look. They were short staffed and there were only two guys working. Both were both very polite and I was so thankful they took the time out of their busy schedule to take a look at my car. Brought my van in there to have the brakes done and oil change after picking up the vehicle my whole dashboard did not work speedometer or any gauges the manager there said that it was probably coincidental and bring it in. Went to start the van to bring it down there and the van would not start. Spoke with the supervisor there Dennis he was not helpful at all. Had a mobile mechanic come out and take a look at the problem noticed that pieces were broken deliberately now I am having multiple issues with the vehicle.
