The new store manager Mustafa and the whole team were friendly and knowledgeable! Communication was consistent throughout. I'm really happy about how honest Mustafa was with me. Had come in for 2 issues but he told me only one of the "issues" was actually an issue. I would assume a place trying to take advantage of their customers would have just told me both things needed to be fixed, so Mustafas honesty here really meant a lot to me. First time here and they were very nice went beyond to help me.
Mustafa the manager was very polite! The wait time was a little longer than expected but not too bad considering all the lights and questions I had in regard's to my vehicle!
booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:30 a.m. and arrived on time. When I checked in, I greeted the front desk staff member, Domenic Gaudino, politely: “Hi, good morning, how are you doing?” His response was rude and dismissive.
