First time here and they were very nice went beyond to help me.
Mustafa the manager was very polite! The wait time was a little longer than expected but not too bad considering all the lights and questions I had in regard's to my vehicle!
booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:30 a.m. and arrived on time. When I checked in, I greeted the front desk staff member, Domenic Gaudino, politely: “Hi, good morning, how are you doing?” His response was rude and dismissive. He did not return the greeting and immediately said, “Do you have an appointment?” His attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly from the start.
