The team at Monro is the best auto service shop in York PA hands down! Manager Bill is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond every time I bring one of my vehicles in. I’ve lived in the York area for 7 years and went to a few different shops but once I found Bill and the Monro team I won’t go anywhere else!
Rotate and balance tires and oil change. They fit me in on short notice and did a great job. The manager remembered most of the details from the last time which is great because it was our handicapped van not just a normal vehicle.
Bill has been wonderful at the front desk! Service was quick for my inspection. Will definitely come back in the future! ☺️
3rd visit to Monroe where they claim they rotate your tires during an oil change but they never do. They balanced my tires and still didn’t rotate them.
