Loved it and didnt take long needed an oil change that was way over due and wasn’t there no longer than an hour 100$
I ended up with a flat tire so I called to inquire about my tire warranty I purchased 3 years ago since it was still within the mileage window. They had me set up for the following hour and gave speedy, kind, and professional service! Due to it being 3 years (along with the fact that I put fix-a-flat in it 🫤) they were only able to give me a discount on a new tire but I'm grateful and now I know for next time. Thanks Will for the amazing customer service!
Had an appointment for a brake fix. And no one was at the store. All of the doors were locked. I called the customer number and they said they called the manager and no one came or called me back. Definitely not coming back.
Location does not work on hard break jobs. My truck with rusted brake lines sat for a week with no work on it and finally, I took it home and did the work myself.
Place promises to “call you back in 20” never does. Car was in for a week, no calls or quote ready. simple repairs will have your car hostage here for a long time with no calls back or a quote.
