I ordered my tires from Amazon they changed the delivery date a few times and Monro was very accommodating, the staff is very helpful and polite, the service was quick! The parking lot is janky lol but the service is awesome!
The mayor made the governor make me drive to Harrisburg to dial into a meeting. On the way there, my Jeep, that I've been trying to stretch because cost of living keeps going up and up, started making a noise. I pulled in hoping it was just a bad tire but the wheel was coming loose as part of the hub assembly had broken due to bumps on our dilapidated roads. This place is great. We were on our way up to the cabin and got a flat 15 minutes before they closed. They got it patched in just a few minutes.
I don't usually give out five stars but with how much they helped me and my family, they are deserving of a six star to be honest. Thank you Monro for everything you guys did to help my family. You guys went above and beyond what a car shop does. I recommend these guys if you need car repairs in the future in the Harrisburg area.
