I wanted a oil change and transmission flush but the oil change only happened. I had an appointment scheduled and the services requested were in there too. I didn't find out until the end of my service that the transmission tech was too busy to work on it. Next, I get out of this place and there's parts of plastic from my fender bent and the check engine light is on. I had been going for many years with great service until recently. No communication, wrong part, and was told wrong information, car was still not fixed.
The Manager accepted my son's car at 730am appointment didn't give him any paperwork for Monro to complete inspection on his car and call me 2 hrs later stating his car is ready and didn't give a check report list poor customer service
Patrick and James were amazing! Great work, Very nice people, and good on price. Would deff reccomend!
