Customer service guys went above and beyond and the Senior mechanic (I didn’t get his name I think it was Jim) diagnosed my suspension problem was willing to do the repairs along with the front end alignment…..
I came here in need of help. I left another place called tire Plus on 27th Street and they were really rude. I was in my work car, and this place was awesome. The staff spoke to me, kept me informed on what was going on. Also to be the very fast job which hopefully is always effective, being considerate of my time. CJ and his staff need a raise they were great and very helpful. Anybody who's looking for tires please go here. Awesome job fellas keep up the good work!!!
I have been going to Monro for years but never went to the one on South 27th St in Milwaukee. I am glad I took my car to this location, I now prefer it. Roberto was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The work was done well and only took a few hours.
They dont know what they are doing
Staff was efficient and friendly. They got me in immediately to fix a tire with a nail in it hours before I had to leave for Texas!
