Took my vehicle in the have the front end looked at and bc I also had a warranty for what I believed was wrong with it. Which turned out to be ball joints, lower control arm and with that new tires were in order. When I took it in for an estimate, and all was covered by the warranty, my bill was $942. No biggie. But they failed to see at the time of the estimate that the struts were bad . So, once they had everything apart, that's when I got the phone call from JR and the first thing he said was, "bad news". Location was extremely busy and short staffed, but they were very kind and squeezed me in for a same day tire repair.
