James and the crew at the Monro Auto Center in Glenville, NY are awesome!! We had to get several items repaired on our daughter’s car before she had to head back to college and James was able to get the car right in and got everything repaired and even helped us out by giving us a brake on the price. I can’t say enough great things about these guys. Thank you so much for helping us out and we will tell all our friends to go there for service.

I had a few experiences with Monroe and they were both great experiences both times I dealt with Chet walker he’s always been a great Mechanic I don’t trust too many people with my car but I trust him totally, he’s honest hardworking and very friendly to know him is to know an angel sent from heaven he’s a blessing and I’m not just saying that because he’s my brother I am speaking from a professional level and as a customer thank you again Chet W. Thanks for keeping my car in safe running order for me and my kids

We recently bought 4 new tires and had them installed and aligned at the Glenville Monro, and we were so pleased. We called around and they had the best prices, but more importantly, the service was outstanding! We had a 1:00 appointment and they took us right in. We had our 2 year old grandson with us, and he ate lunch and played in the waiting area. Everyone was so nice! Michelle was our first contact on the phone and was a big help.
