RecommendedDee and Andrew are great. They take the time to find out what you need and font they to screw you over. They bend over to serve you. I left because of previous workers. I'm glad I gave them another chance. I recommend giving them a shot. You wont regret it.

Stay AWAY from these CROOKS !! Went in for a simple inspection on a 2020 vehicle and was told my turn signals aren’t Up to new DOT standards. These idiots must have assumed i don’t know the laws or that i worked in shops inspecting cars for 10 years and tried to scam me into changing out DOT turn signals for no reason other then money in their pockets. Monroe in oneonta is a complete rip off just called and filed a corporate complaint - marked up parts by 150% and charged me separate labor for each part put in, coming to almost 2 hours on labor for a half hour job. Told me it takes a half hour alone to put the code reader on and to read it.... never bringing my vehicle there again and hopefully corporate will look into this as well. $200 in parts quoted from napa and 1/2 hour worth of work shouldn't come to $500.00....
RecommendedI took my truck in today to have a tire valve replaced, the staff was very courteous and professional. They got the job don’t in a very timely manner and without having an appointment.

Got there at 10am, left at 7pm. Terrible mechanics. Cannot perform a simple brake change without putting bolts back in. After hours of inconvenience I was offered a oil change for my troubles. You can call corporate but your wasting your time. They got your money and they don’t care if their terrible auto repairs kill you. DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.
