AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Worst Service Ever! I showed up for my appointment and was never informed—by anyone, not even the manager Carolina—that my nail technician, Thalia, was running an hour late. I had to leave and return later, wasting my time. When I finally got my nails done, the polish took over five hours to dry. A $50 job, wasted. Unable to use this business because they did not honor an apt. The person that I set it with was not even there. They did not speak English and a client there had to translate. Poor experience, will never be back!!

Sunday I spoke with Carolina and scheduled an appointment for today Wednesday at 5:30 for my daughter as a birthday present. We arrived to the apt 10 min early. We were referred to this salon by a friend that takes her daughter. When we arrived I was told they canceled her apt because it was set for 5 pm! I never got a call.
