AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Worst Service Ever! I showed up for my appointment and was never informed—by anyone, not even the manager Carolina—that my nail technician, Thalia, was running an hour late. I had to leave and return later, wasting my time. When I finally got my nails done, the polish took over five hours to dry. A $50 job, wasted. In my 30+ years of interacting with service providers, I have never encountered such unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
