My family has used Monreal Maintenance for years so when I purchased my first home I obviously reached out to them for help. Erick, Kevin and Jose are very professional and always show up on time. They polished all our marble countertops and offered advice on how to care for them to keep their shine. They also polished my shower glass which has made it super easy to avoid any soap & water spots (even after 3 yrs). Currently working with them to get epoxy coating on our garage floor. They do it all. I 100% recommend them!!

Great work. The deep cleaned my stone floors and grout. Removed the efflorescence and seal the floors. Highly recommend
I have been working with Monreal for the past 3 years and I have always received great customer service. They turn around response time is quick and they do a great job on the countertop resurfacing and flooring repairs such a carpet cleaning and floor polish. They are friendly and professional at all times while they are on site working. I always look forward to working with them.
Monreal Maintenance has done several projects for me and will do many more. They have always been totally reliable and done EXCELLENT work. Also very nice people to work with. I would definitely recommend them anytime.
