We just a small birthday party for two nice ppl a good friends of ours! We had order a seafood luncheon, it was delicious. Our waitresses, she did a great job!
To start this was our 1st visit. we had to wait to be seated because there where no menus....np only had to wait like 5min....hostess was excellent because after sitting for about 15 min she asked if anyone had waited on us yet and took our drink order.... after delivering drinks she even started to take our food order before waitress finally came over....we both ordered soup before meals (both where excellent!) our food came....my fish was pipping hot but my husbands prime rib was cold. My women's group went for brunch and couldn't be more satisfied. The food was fantastic, service excellent. Although it was crowded, it want stifling. They all decided they want to come back.
First, your hostess at the main desk was very rude. When arriving she was on the phone, never acknowledging us being there. When her conversation finished , she never apologized.... Very unprofessional!!!! Food was ok... service could of been better, never did get our second round of drinks.... the only thing that was prompt was the check... Havn't been there in 15 years.... won't be back for another 15 years
Amazing place to have a wedding!! The staff was so attentive and the wedding coordinator helped me from the beginning of the wedding process all the way to being my day of coordinator! Very very happy with our choice to have our wedding at the Monponsett Inn!
Great food and our waitress was just full of smiles and jokes. Great way to start a Sunday :)
Go there once monthly.food and service is always great.
I love the lake and food, somtimes the service can be spotty..the pizza etc are What keeps my going back and I have a ton of respect for the Rogers family...but in all honesty. I feel some servers are not providing a friendly experience.....but that should not reflect on the quality of food!!
