I am concerned about this offices ability to protect patients from COVID-19. The staff should be cleaning bathrooms frequently, they should clean blood pressure equipment in front of patients. They should wash hands and reglove in font of patients. This are just standard precautions. I do not feel safe in this office. This is not about front desk staff nor Dr's and PA's. They are professional. However the medical assistants are subpar and need supervision and retraining.
RecommendedMonos Health is awesome! I see Dr. Isaac and he is, by far, the best doctor I've ever dealt with! He is very warm and attentive and tries to really help you, and not just throw drugs at you to cover up the root of the problem. His medical assistant, Alma, is phenomenal! She is ALWAYS on top of her stuff and is quick to handle any issues that come up, such as needing prior authorizations, or if I need a call back for any reason. We were having some trouble over a long weekend and needed a prescription for one of my kids and Trish Wills, the practice administrator, helped me get a message to Dr Seeds who then called me 3 times to help! Sounds like we found a great place to help with a problem we were having trouble with! Thanks!!
Wasn't treated for dehydration for over a month and did not want to take suboxone. Which felt forced upon me. My 3rd doctor in 3 months, Dr. Seeds seems reasonable. Though no BP or weight taken last visit. UA drug test was taken and labs were ordered but no mention of where to have blood drawn.
This is the best in town. They truly care about your health. Any negatives are most likely because they do not just write out the prescription of your choice. In fact, they found out the 2 medications I was taking could have killed me. I am more then happy to get off a medication if it is not good for me. I have every intention of getting off everything.
