Threatens to sue you for back taxes in a county you dont live in then wont answer their phone. Sounds like entrapment cant respond to your request of you dont respond
They are always pleasant and helpful. Their customer service skills are excellent. And, it makes paying taxes a bit easier.
Its 2023 and their website's lookup tool doesn't function and has no options to add personal property to the site. Adding and registering personal property should be easy. DMV asks for a ticket number for your personal property but that doesn't exist if you were tax exempt. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing clearly.
