app has intermittent issues but biggest issue is that everything seems to flag my cards for fraud and this will be the fifth time ive gotten locked up because of it. thinking about moving to another bank.

This should be a business school case study for how not to handle a merger. I had a credit card with a small balance that I didn’t even know about because they lost my address and didn’t contact me or send me a bill. I only found out through seeing my credit score drop. They didn’t fix my score when asked. When given clear instructions on how I wanted my account handled, they couldn’t do it. Don’t bank here, unless you’re looking for gross incompetence.
My bank is Lakeridge Bank 5515 Monona Drive in Monona WI. My Personal Banker Zach Wienke is the best Personal Banker I have ever had! I highly recommend him.
