Called for emergency service as the village water department wasn't available on the weekend. They identified from my description that they couldn't improve the situation so waited for a normal business hour for remediation to finish and they could make incremental improvements.
I would give 10 stars! Kevin from Monona Plumbing installed new shower/bathtub fixtures for us. The fixtures we bought were not a fit so Kevin explained what options he could provide and discussed cost-saving options that would also fit my time-frame. He was so professional and helpful - above and beyond what we have come to expect from trade professionals. The completed work was beautiful! I can confidently recommend Monona Plumbing - and ask for Kevin!!
Over the last 52 years I have bought, lived in, and sold eight homes. I’ve had many interactions with people of most all trades. Dave, didn’t catch his last name, from Monona plumbing has been to our current home three times in the last five years.
