The water lines are very old , all utilities here need replacement, they can’t keep the swimming pool up to codes, the rules here are ridiculous as the small amount of on site management help doesn’t have equipment , workers, and resources to get the jobs done.. grounds here are dangerous, for many reasons. Track your receipts. Check your statement every month. I have receipts from money that I have gave to them and it was never posted to my account. Then, I received a notice for a three day or acquit. I have videotape of the park manager ripping notices off of my door. He told me that he was fixing the accounting error. Do not trust this company!
This company routinely rents to convicted child molesters. Do they inform residents that there are serial pedophiles in their midst? Of course not, because all they care about is collecting their monthly rents.
I just found out that monolith is our current property management company. After several years of our park having neighborhood garage sales, monolith has decided that we can no longer have them. The residents are contacting the park owner to try and override this decision. So much for working with the residents.
