Very friendly did a wonderful job on my order
I am not sure if the Woman working today was just having a bad day or what, but I’ve never been treated so poorly in all the years we’ve been using your services. We’ve used Monograms Unlimited for 12 years. My daughter in law brought some shirts in today to be monogrammed. She was told by a younger employee it would be 3 weeks before 6 shirts would be ready due to them having a seamstress out, and they had worked on the patches for what we needed the week previous otherwise we could have gotten them sooner.
