They are very slow in getting a project completed and then keep giving false information, stating the project was started or it will be "the end of the week". We pick up our jackets after 4 weeks of waiting and went someplace else. I spent money here before but will not return.

We've order several items from them and it always turns out great! Twice we've went in there needing some Cav gear for our son and they were able to get something made in his size with in hours, if not while we stand there! They're so friendly and helpful!

Monograms, Etc. is a wonderful family-owned local business that is professional and does such a great job on all their many and varied products. I have seen many of their corporate shirts, hats, etc and they are all top notch. Jillian is such a sweet person to work with and has helped me select unique gifts that really make a special impression!!

These people are AWESOME!!! I told them about what I wanted ... they made suggestions to make it even BETTER ... placed my order! My sister in law came up with a Father's Day shirt idea she wanted the next day so I sent Monograms ETC a message with that information and placed her order ... in just a short time both shirts were done PERFECTLY!! Couldn't ask for better service!! Thanks!!!

Have been using Monograms Etc for Years for all my shirt orders. Every time they do an AMAZING job on my order and are done on time if not WAY earlier then I had expected. The quality of their products last and I have young kids. Will definitely be ordering more here soon as I need shirts for 4th of July :)

I have had numerous items made from Monograms throughout the years and have never once been disappointed. Even when I didn't really know what I wanted the employee's were more than helpful with guiding me in the right direction as far as material, colors, etc. Everyone in Monograms is friendly and very welcoming while you are in the store! They also have my products ready by the specified time that I need them, even on a short notice :D

I have had several shirts, sweatshirts, chairs, and tanks done here at Monograms and have been very satisfied. I had some lettering come off of one of the tanks and they put it back on with out question or hesitation. I have given them ideas of what I would like and they have worked with me and I have gotten exactly what we have talked about. I would highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking to get shirts or anything done, they have great customer service and strive to get your project done as soon as they can!!!
