I would give less than zero. Horrible installation process & bad service.
Agree with every single negative comment. It will be your worst nightmare dealing with them. Ordering things takes centuries, scheduling takes months, rescheduling plus no shows, and of course there is always someone who doesn’t have enough material or proper tool)
STAY AWAY!!! From this company. Worst workmanship and service. Purchased a Lennar house that Monogram was paid to install all the windows. At least 3 windows do not open. One physically has broken balance rod sticking out of it. There are no matching window dividers and not a single window was supplied with screens! I have called at least a dozen time and they dodge my calls and never return my calls. DO NOT USE Terrible product, customer service and people with zero integrity. They only want your money!
Horrible service! we got a cracked window in our bedroom installed 6 months ago. They have come out twice and brought the wrong replacement window. Now, they don't answer emails nor phone calls. This is a safety concern at this point. TERRIBLE!!
The only good reviews this company has is from the past owner friend's. I have been trying to schedule an appointment to place a windows screen for 1.5 years. When I call they are always on vacation or busy with other customers or at lunch. I will contact my builder from now on. They are a huge waste of time. If you are looking for a frustrating window company. They are it.
