We love to support our local Mint Hill businesses, but cannot support this one. Incredibly disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional.
If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. Terrible service, and the man that “helped” me was extremely disgusting and rude. I would never suggest this place to anybody.
If you are smart enough never go to this place
Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience visiting Monogram Magic. I approached them just to introduce myself and share business cards as a fellow local business owner, but I was met with unexpected rudeness. I wish them well, but I hope they can be more courteous to others in the future.
They did a great job monogramming some work shirts for me. They matched the size & font to what I already had.
