Kathy and the team were excellent. Communication was clear and expectations wee well managed. She was very responsive navigating challenges building during the pandemic and was generous regarding substitutions. We are very satisfied with the end result and have greatly appreciated the professionalism throughout the process.

Very disappointed in Kathy. Called numerous times to discuss building a home. Did not respond to my emails or my phone calls despite that I advised time was of the essence to get plans to submit to the municipality. Very unprofessional!
They have nasty employees who have no respect for other people's property. Don't appreciate their trucks driving on my sodded lawn when a home down the street is being built. Sign clearly states keep OFF new SOD.
