Mrs. Kim is polite, and reasonable with turn around times and prices. She’s altered and repaired a lot of my clothes. I’ve had no issues with any services rendered. She’s earned a customer for life with me!
The lady who does alterations is extremely rude and condescending. Don’t recommend using this place for custom alterations.
I went here for about a year for my dry cleaning and dress shirts. One day I pick up my cleaning, and the lady points out a tear in one of my blue dress shirts. It was a relatively new one, a tailored shirt from Nordstrom, but I said "Ok, I guess this happens." I knew when I had dropped it off it was fine, but figured something happened in the cleaning process. The tailor did a great job with alterations for a special occasion dress! Price very fair and delivered on time. Will be returning.
