In some recent wind storms I had a chimney cap blow off and take a few brick with it. Monocacy came out and repaired the chimney liner and replaced the missing brick and rain cap! Thank you for the great work! Employees were very fast and neat with their work! So glad to have Monocacy Chimney Care do the job!
We set 2 appointments with Monocacy Chimney for service. The first they canceled the night before and my wife and I had already scheduled to be off for the meeting. The 2nd they did not show up and when I called I was offered to set another meeting. I tried to explain how hard it was with work to do this and they hung up on me. Needless to say we will go elsewhere
Quality people, service, maintenance! Fixed our chimneys & installed a fireplace incert. We have them back every year to clean our chimney.
I'm really disappointed with my service. They came out and did over $2,500 of repairs to try to fix my leaking stone chimney. It didn't work so I called them and they came back out to look at it. Chris said he wasn't sure what else to do but he would ask the other guys at the shop. That was 6 weeks ago. I've called and emailed multiple times and no one will call me back. We highly recommend this company! My wife and I own a log home in the Catoctin Mountains in Thurmont, MD. We trust them for our annual chimney cleanings to stay safe. We recently had an issue with a faulty gasket on our pellet stove and the professionals at Monocacy Chimney Care came out right away and identified the problem.
