We contracted Gil (Monnot Construction) to repair the wood rot, trims, and fascia around our house and we got nothing but professionalism. Gil was very easy to work with. I hired Monnot in April of 2021 to find and fix the cause of a ceiling leak in my living room. They completed work on a small area of roof above the living room. However, after the next major rain, I contacted them to let them know that the leak had in fact not been fixed. They returned in June to make another fix (for an additional charge).
