Dr Monn has been an excellent pediatric dentist for our 3 kids. She did a surgery for our youngest and was great.
I am heart broken, my daughter misses one appointment and now I am not allowed to bring any of my children here ever again. My kids are terrified of cool smiles and i was excited to bring them here. I tried apologizing to no avail "Its policy" I understand that i missed an appointment 3 years ago one time., but to punish all my children for this is unfair.
