I've been under the care of Dr. Rengan and he is fabulous. Experienced, Smart & actually cares about each patient. I find the office to be efficient, front desk staff are friendly and the techs are professional and competent.
I’m giving them one star because I can’t give them zero. They really dragged their feet when I initially got my cpap. They say on the report for over a week and gave me the runaround. I should’ve dropped them immediately. Two years later my cpap broke and I needed a new prescription. They told me I had to wait over 2 months for an appointment!!! I asked if he could squeeze me in and the rude receptionist responded “what do you want me to do? Tell a cancer patient not to come?” I responded how about he stay 15 minutes later o... read more
Great staff
Worst group of medical professionals I have EVER witnessed. I went to them for diagnosis and treatment of breathing issues associated with sleep apnea, asthma and COPD and they were completely inattentive and totally without follow-through. Several times I had to chase them down to schedule tests the Dr. requested but the office staff failed - repeatedly - to schedule. Still have not had any of the pulmonary tests the Dr. ordered in May or June. I had to chase down the Dr, himself, to learn the results of my sleep study and ... read more
I’m really sorry to say that the staff leave a lot to be desired. My husband needs a follow up sleep study since Sept 1021. Still waiting everyone just pushes the blame around. When I talk to the Dr. the excuse is they are short on staff. And a call back is 48 hours if the get back to you
