I didn’t care for this hospital when it was Paul Kimball and it didn’t get any better when it merged with Monmouth Medical. I will go the extra miles to go to Monmouth Medical in Long Branch. Now that hospital is awesome!
RecommendedWas there in June and November 2019 for surgery. Dr John Gorechlad did both procedures. He was fantastic. The 5th floor staff was outstanding. I have nothing but high praise for everyone.
Infusion Department. I go 3 out of 4 weeks for chemo. Been going for almost 2 years. Great nurses. Friendly atmosphere.

I was recently in Monmouth Medical Center, Lakewood, N.J., for a serious illness and surgery. The care I received from the physicians, nurses, and all staff members was excellent. I could not have asked for any better care. Everyone was kind, very professional, fully attentive to my needs. Thank you Monmouth Med Center for helping me. You are all fantastic!

I got a CT scan last November & Craig in radiology discovered that I had 3 brain bleeds. I was in the Long Branch ICU in no time. Dr Estin did the surgery the next morning. I credit Craig for saving my life!!! I returned to the ER in Lakewood in July with another head injury. They did a CT scan & found nothing but they had me out in less than 2 hours!! They’re very efficient & caring. I would recommend this facility & I have.
I just had surgery here on 8/7/19. All of my pre-op testing was completed here also. I was 100% happy with the care and expertise of everyone I encountered. The care was excellent!
