Me and my friends came here May 9th around 10pm and we got denied being all 21 and 22 years old. The bouncer wouldn’t even look at me or my other friends ID. I think this was extremely disrespectful and we will not be coming back here. Just because we look young does not mean you don’t look at our ids. I have never been denied anywhere being 21 years old.
On May 9th, around 10 pm my friends and I were trying to get in Monks Cove. I went there for my 22nd birthday in March. Last night as we were getting in, I was denied because it looked like my ID was fake and refused to let us in. I asked to speak to a bartender or manager, and I was told no. My daughter who is 22 years old was denied access. Has a real id, but they said she looked too young??? Need to train your staff on real ids versus fake ones. Oh well, one less group of people going there.
Been coming here for 10 years, one of the best bars in cincy all around. Monks Forever
