Disappointed with Customer Service I purchased the Ooze Electro Barrel E-Rig from my local Monkey’s Smoke Shop, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service experience. After just one use, the rig became clogged, and the design makes it nearly impossible to clean properly.
