Had a hiccup with some delivery issues (my machine was made in of Canada, delayed during the trucker protest). The owner informed me of the issue and was quick to resolve it.
It's hard to get in touch with this company.
I called their listed number, was explaining my issue, and the representative interrupted me, told me I needed to find local repair, and hung up. I was confused, but now I believe it was because I called from a number with a different area code. Had the representative bothered to ask, I would have confirmed I am in the Chicago area. I called back two times and no one picked up. I then sent an email request for service via their website and it was returned as undeliverable.
