We are very pleased with the service Luis provided us over the past 2 days. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to explain the problem in detail and resolve our plumbing issue. Also the assistant Abraham was also very helpful in fixing the issue in a timely manner.
I was very impressed with everything they did. So hard working, great communication, I was very impressed with everything. There seemed to be a real connection with everything involved with our project. Not use to such a great experience .
We called Russell from Monkey Wrench to snake our kitchen sink because we have used them before and they have reasonable prices. It turned out that we actually needed to Hydro-jet the line. We ended up getting a quote from Russell to also reline our main to the public sewer, which we had been putting off. He gave us a fantastic job. Luis visited to do an evaluation of my tankless water heater in the attic. He saw my secondary water heater installed outside and advised to keep the attic heater eliminated as is rather than suggesting unnecessary maintenance and repairs. He is genuinely advised me as there isn’t anything needed at this time. Great people and great company.
