Enrique did a great job assessing the issue on my Noritz tankless water water, explained what might be causing the issue and shared info on options to repair or replace the unit, considering the costs of each option and weighing the pros/cons. Enrique was very professional and pleasant and I felt confident in his recommendations.
2nd time out to my house for two totally different issues and its clear...Monkey Wrench puts their customers first! Joel was awesome and swift, providing insight into the unit and the problem was fixed in mere minutes. Should be the only company you call for plumbing/ac/etc.
