I bought 4 tires in December of 2022. In January of 2023, I noticed a bubble (defect) and went back to Monkey Tires to get a replacement. They said it had to go to the warranty department and they would call me in 3-5days. No call. I called them on 1/26,1/30,2/7,2/17 same story, the tire was at the warranty department. I patiently waited the entire month of March. No call. I went there today, 4/4/23 and was told to contact someone named *****, which I did. I bought some wheels there, and they installed them and lifted my vehicle, so they left a screw badly placed in the area of ??the brakes, the screw fell off, luckily it was going slowly ... I scratched the whole wheel inside, but The worst thing is that my family and I could have had a serious accident, and I went to tell them to repair my rim and also take responsibility for the brake discs and everything ... and they made fun of me and my wife, They yelled at us, lied a lot, laughed at us and said that the customer is neve... read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 1ST, ALL THE ACCOUNTS THEY USE ON ******* ARE FAKE. THEY HAVE TEENAGERS THAT WORK THE FRONT DESK & CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1 GIRL TRIED SELLING ME A 6" LIFT KIT THAT I DIDN'T EVEN NEED. AFTER GETTING THAT SITUATED, EVERYTHING WAS SET FOR NEXT DAY INSTALL. 2ND, THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE 4HRS, ITS BEEN OVER 6HRS AND I'VE HAD TO CALL THEM TWICE! 1ST GIRL SAID IT WILL BE DONE IN 1 HR, THEN THE 2ND GIRL SAID IT HAS TO STAY OVERNIGHT ****.
