Second time using them. Most excellent work and they clean up everything. Eric is very easy to work with.
Very very very bad service. Erik (the general manager) came to my house to give me an estimate for my bamboo that needed thinning and removal. He stated that he could do some of the work in July, and some in September. After numerous unreturned calls over a month or so, he finally answered his phone, and stated that he wouldn’t be able to do it, setting me back 6 weeks.
I thought they did a great job for a very fair price!
I would not use Monkey Tree Service again. We hired them for a full day to handle tree maintenance and various cleanup projects on our newly purchased property. They offered a day rate, and I confirmed in advance that all the requested tasks could be completed within that day—something they assured me was feasible.
