Had my son birthday party here today and it was great! Was clean and smelled great! Communication & staff was great!!
Terrible at communicating. Place isn’t well kept or maintained. Just an overall terrible experience. Edit: not responding right away is one thing. I do understand that being a small business owner probably does get pretty busy from time to time. However, leaving someone on read for days at a time and never returning phone calls is another. I visited last weekend to attend a birthday party and left quickly. The place has the potential to be such a nice area to rent for parties and while the bounce houses were great, the place felt very dirty. The floors looked gross. This dirty feeling was magnified when I went to the restroom! There was no toilet paper so I looked under the bathroom sink to find some and to my absolute DISGUST there were literally hundreds of bugs dead and alive!!
