We bought a used truck from them a few weeks ago. Upon bringing it to a shop for some brake work, found out that the frame was rusted through and cracked. This is unrepairable, the only remedy is to replace the entire frame. I Asked the mechanic if this could have been missed when Monkey Motors had it up on the lift. He said he couldn't imagine how any mechanic could have missed this. We went back to Monkey Motors and asked them to buy the truck back. Stopped in this past week and saw a couple of cars that caught my eye. Talked with Isaiah and he was very informative on both, he let me drive them around and afterwards he answered every question I could think of. The Carfax that goes with the deal is really helpful for us people looking at used cars. No pressure sales, and even a couple of jokes were said. My daughter & I got a great truck from Monkey Motors in faribault, mn today! Geovannie Velazquez was very polite & answered all of our questions completely .. Service was awesome, & everyone there is very friendly!! I'd recommend Monkey Motors to anyone, any day!!
