We bought a used truck from them and found out a few weeks later it had a cracked frame (This is unrepairable). Shop told us it was very obvious and unmissable. Went back to Monkey Motors asking them to buy the vehicle back, and were told "Why do you think we sold it for such a nice price"? The manager admitted to remembering the cracked frame on the truck that they didn't tell us about. We bought a used truck from them a few weeks ago. Upon bringing it to a shop for some brake work, found out that the frame was rusted through and cracked. This is unrepairable, the only remedy is to replace the entire frame. I Asked the mechanic if this could have been missed when Monkey Motors had it up on the lift. He said he couldn't imagine how any mechanic could have missed this. We went back to Monkey Motors and asked them to buy the truck back. I went there to look at a truck and ended up purchasing it the staff was nice. I was nervous about them saying they buy vehicles at dealership auctions but was assured they don't "buy junk" and don't like to "sell problems". They said the truck had been ran through there shop and was in great shape and a good solid truck. I bought it as is but 5 miles after leaving the dealership the low coolant light came on, and check engine light came on. I bought a 2019 **** Escape. Day 3 of driving it I realized something was really wrong with it. Turns out it has a cracked engine block. I bought it "as is" used. BUT was assured that it had been thoroughly checked over in their shop and everything was good on it. I asked for a copy of the work order and was refused. I got no response to my message that it has a cracked engine block. The **** warranty will cover the work but it is a HUGE hassle to get this done. Stopped in this past week and saw a couple of cars that caught my eye. Talked with Isaiah and he was very informative on both, he let me drive them around and afterwards he answered every question I could think of. The Carfax that goes with the deal is really helpful for us people looking at used cars. No pressure sales, and even a couple of jokes were said. I took my Camry 2009 light blue. To this place for brake service. It took them 2 weeks due to being so backed up. Then I got the car back with a knock sensor code. Took it back.. then after another week I got the car back again and this time it thru codes for evap. I took the vehicle to another shop. They snapped the evap sensor back in and didn't charge me. This is a predatory company I will not go back to them.
