I hired the company to remove some trees that fell on my neightbors property. I was very please with the service and their work. They came on the same day that I called them and their price was in the ballpark of other companies.

I have been using Monkey Men for my winter plowing needs for a long time (at least eight years). However, the owner and brother apparently had a falling-out, and I lost my great plow guy (he was 'the brother' in this scenario). Due to nasty circumstances that are not the fault of the Monkey Men company, their plow list was lost, and I was left with an unplowed driveway. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst customer service. After specifically asking that they contact me prior to showing up and having it written in the quote that they do so, they showed up unannounced. After checking with the town about a tree that was initially part of the quote and realizing that it was owned by the town, I asked for an updated quote. I did not hear back for 6 days, so I called and was given attitude, yelled at and then hung up on.
