Great people, great place! We have been a tenant for several years now. The staff and the facility are excellent. They are always quick to help, answer questions and provide a smile. The facility is clean, dry and secure. We never have to worry about our personal affects stored here. A big “Thank You” to everyone!!
I have utilized this location since 2014 (When it was still Monkey Junction Self Storage).. although a lot of things changed (and not always for the better), I still give it 5 stars. The office staff, especially Windy and Kelly, do everything they can to ensure customer happiness. I have never felt like my stuff was unsecure and I've had several different units and parking spots.. plus the entire place stays clean!
This facility is well kept and secure. The staff ( Kelly and Windy) are very friendly and knowledgeable about units. I always refer to them. Great facility.
