If you schedule an appointment with Monique (red hair, glasses and tattoos) she will cancel it when you are on your way. I would have rescheduled if she wasn't so rude when we arrived. Absolutely awful customer service after 10 years coming here.
They were able to get my 2 year old in quickly and did such a great job on his hair and were very patience with my toddler and kind! Would recommend them to anyone!
I wanted an appointment with Kassie since someone recommended this place but mentioned her . When I called they said Kassie was booked for a couple of months but they offered me an appointment with another person. I agreed. I was my daughter’s first haircut and I showed pictures of the wanted hair style and some pics of how I didn’t want the haircut to look like. This place has gotten very dirty and the service has just been awful and unprofessional. Last time I came in with my kids the 2 women started trash talking another coworker that wasn’t there that day. When I asked the one cutting my kids hair to fix/ change something she said she couldn’t because she’s spent to much time on my kid.
