Very well done Asian fusion. Had the Toro roll, bang-bang shrimp and both were produced to perfection. Very cool drink menu with some interesting twists. Atmosphere was great and the decor was very warm and welcoming. We will be back!

Food, service, atmosphere, were all 5 star. Perfect spot for a date night.
Terrific new Roswell addition. Don't miss this! Leans strongly Sushi but the hot dishes are excellent too. Still a really cool vibe, in fact, might have gotten cooler over the years, and the staff is excellent. Paired with a solid drinks menu and a super cute little bar, Monkey 68 definitely remains a place to get to.
