I forgot to mention on one of my earlier reviews that Monken has rotated the tires on my 2023 Nissan Sentra since new. I have oil changed and tires rotated at 5,000 miles per Nissan's maintenance schedule. The vehicle currently has 21,000 miles. Not once has the service dept. mentioned anything about uneven tire wear. At the 20,000 mile service interval I was told tires were wearing unevenly and need an alignment. I purchased a new 2023 Nissan Sentra from Monken Nissan. Soon after purchasing the vehicle, I was hand washing the vehicle and noticed two paint imperfections on the hood of the car. Each spot was about the size of a half dollar. I took the vehicle to Monken and a service department employee came outside to look at the hood. It was a sunny day and the employee advised they could not see the paint imperfections on the hood but they would document my complaint. I was told by the service dept. that my tires were wearing unevenly during a routine oil change and tire rotation. The Sentra currently has 21,000 miles. I advised the service advisor that the vehicle has had a shake in the steering wheel since new and was told they could take a look at it on Wednesday, July 31st. The service advisor (Chandler) then advised me just in case the issue wasn't covered under warranty there would be a $173 dollar an hour labor charge. Sales department is great. I have purchased a used Altima and a new Sentra from Monken. Sentra has been serviced since new at Monken. Every oil change and tire rotation they come carrrying in my air filter and cabin filter. Vehicle has 21,000 miles currently. During my 20,000 mile service they tell me the tires are wearing unevenly and need an alignment and also recommend a brake line flush. I recently went in for a tire rotation and oil change and came away with a brand new Nissan Altima. I had asked to see a salesman while I was waiting and was soon introduced to Caleb Branch who welcomed me warmly and answered all the questions I had, in particular how much I would get for my 2015 Altima trade-in .
