I called in to purchase an awning, the electronic response warns you that you will be solicited by other home solution providers when I was speaking to the representative for monk he was very rude to me and hung up on me initially I told him I did not consent to being solicited that I was just looking to purchase I contract with the city of Des Moines and do purchasing bids constantly I would not advise using the service due to the simple response I got when trying to make a basic purchase.
