Dr. Pollack was great. I don't like to take medication if I don't have to and Dr. Pollack is completely on board with that - She'd rather make sure the medications will help instead of blindly prescribing them. I appreciate that very much! She listened to my issues and provided possible resolutions before we do more testing. I became faint and she provided me with water and cool cloths to help me move past it. Great bedside manner, kind, and understanding. Provided lots of valuable information.
Dr Garfinkel is amazing. He's caring and compassionate. Takes time to listen and runs whatever tests necessary to find a solution. I had surgery for cancer last year and second surgery after complications. He called to see if he could help in any way and checked on me after as well
Dr.Mackay is a Great Dr. I think he has good intuition to help people. And not treat them as a number or just a insurance payment. He will go over on appointments to help someone really having anxiety problems. And wants his patience to get better. He is a great man and a great Dr.
Listens well, answers YOUR questions, also gives you the relevant information to your problems/issues. The best GP I've ever had!
Avoid this doctor at all costs. The other poor reviews here are spot on. She does not listen to the things that you came in for nor take you seriously. Ive had the unfortunate experience of seeing her a couple of times and I will no longer subject myself to her poor service. She should be fired. She is absolutely awful.
I have been his patient for 20 years, and I have teen/adult children who are his patients also. Used to feel welcome, and understood. Last 5-6 years he has gone downhill. In part is changes to what the doctors are allowed to do, but it also seems he doesn't want to listen to the problem and find a solution. I
I have been a patient of Dr. MacKay for 3 yrs, and have had 10 or so appointments so far (I have a complex condition). I really appreciate how much time and care he has spent to figure out my condition, and it's clear he takes my health very seriously. He also spent a fair amount of time helping me handle my stress when I mentioned it to him, and he gave me really great advice on how to handle it. He also has been on time for every appointment, which is very important to me. Excellent doctor.
The worst doctor I've have ever encountered in my whole life. No other doctor has ever mistreated me as horribly as she did. She was judgemental, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL not to mention mistreated me during our visit at Oregon Medical Group. I was scared and misguided. Has no bedside manner she made many snarky remarks during our visit and would cut me off everytime I tried explaining what I felt or what i thought. Horrid doctor.
One of the least sympathetic doctors I have ever seen. She was rushed, condescending and rude. She had no desire to hear my symptoms or concerns.
