Great job, fast service on monitor repair – I am a website designer in Florida and sent a very expensive 3-year-old Samsung flat-panel monitor to Monitor Depot, Inc. for repairs. I had little hope for it, because it was completely dead and local businesses here had told me it could not be repaired. Our reputation is important to us. Haley was not our customer, her mother was. Haley is a teenager. This laptop was dropped off by Haley's mother and she told us there was no hurry, to take our time and joked that the daughter was on the laptop too much. The technician that began working on it did get the flu and was sick off and on most of that week and missed work. We explained this to the customer. We also were waiting on a part to arrive. I would not recommend anyone to use this company to fix your computer. I waited a week and a half to recive my computer back from these people and on the last day they called and said "We cannot fix this because we dont like people yelling at us." Of course im going to yell at you...your worker was sick half of the time.
