The response was quick and the presentation and proposal were done very professionally. After looking at reviews and information on the internet, we chose Monitech because of their reputation, longevity and the product, which came highly recommended. The system has been installed and the installer was knowledgeable and professional as well. Instructions were given clearly, clean up was complete and we are very pleased with the entire experience and the product.

The representatives from the two companies were very knowledgable and communicated in a timely manner.
