I do mean days to unlock my car cause they didn’t answer the phone. Best you have two cars.you will be stuck somewhere. I’m getting this removed and will go to another company that puts customers first.

I have been with this company for 1 years and 2 months and 2 weeks. I have NOTHING good to offer. The customer service rep named chardonnay is rude and knows everything. I can never speak because she is snippy. Cuts me out and talk over me. I am on my 4th device. It took 3 months before someone actually agreed with me that my device may be causing the issue with my vehicle. The tech tried to draw the time out beyond the 2 hours so that I would have to pay money for the call. Th

A star is a very very very very big streach!! I would actually give a minus 5 if I could!!! After using monotech for a month and a half I am running to Smart Start! Monotech has antiquated equipment that barely works, especially when it stays in the heat (great to have when its so hot outside and it isn't detecting your breath or the trigger). It takes AT LEAST an hour to get in contact with them IF they call you back. And no, they don't care about updating their technology. I am SOOOOO excited to work with Smart Start!!!
