If I could give a zero star I absolutely would. These people are never there, impossible to get ahold of, leave hours early and are currently taking a three hour lunch break. If you're looking for a cake job, this would be it. Be warned if you're coming from hours away you may want to choose a more reliable service.
There is one tech, I believe his name is Brian, who is perfectly friendly and nice but I only saw him the first time I went. Every other time there are other guys there and they are extremely RUDE and act like I’m bothering them with my presence. Horrible. Now the 800 number, lets talk about that.
